You may return unused and unopened products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
Contact us at info@scootersparesonline.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation number.
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
